By accepting the terms and conditions and proceeding with the booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that playing at EzeeFunBall involves physical activity, which may lead to minor injuries. I accept this risk. I release EzeeFunBall and its staff from claims for any other injuries or damages that may occur during participation. I allow staff to give first aid or seek medical help if required and accept responsibility for medical costs. I will ensure the participants follow all safety rules. Breaking the rules may cause harm to other children and will lead to the removal of the individual who is breaking the rules. I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions. This waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
